Basil's Fungi Farm is a small gourmet mushroom farm based in the centre of Hastings, you can find us in The Yard on Waterwoks road
Named after our cat Basil, the farm is run by Robbie with help from Daisy
We specialise in growing oyster mushrooms but we're always trying to expand what we can offer
We mostly supply chefs across Hastings and the surrounding area but you can find our mushrooms in The St Leonard's Grocery on London road, you may also catch us at a market, or even one of our pop-up kitchens
